Shipping policy

Standard international shipping applies to all orders. Your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method. Most orders ship within a 7–14 business days period, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times vary depending on location.

Please allow anywhere from 7–21 days to receive your order, additionally any duties incurred at customs are the assumed responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Pinpinpin.it. Please also allow for additional time during peak holiday periods.

Pinpinpin.it is not responsible for shipping information that was entered incorrectly. If you make a mistake please contact us at sales@pinpinpin.it and we will do our best to accommodate your order. Where applicable, Pinpinpin.it will charge an additional shipping fee.
