Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders placed on www.pinpinpin.it are shipped via third-party courier services, primarily FedEx Connect Plus, using our standard international shipping method.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and generally range from 7–21 days from the shipping date. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs procedures, peak holiday periods, or force majeure events.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier and tracking information has been provided, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. Pinpinpin.it is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, loss, or damage caused by the courier after the shipment has left our warehouse.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be paid or reimbursed by Pinpinpin.it.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Pinpinpin.it is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@pinpinpin.it. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, this cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping fees may apply where applicable.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package is confirmed by the courier as lost and not delivered, Pinpinpin.it may, at its discretion:

  1. Refund the cost of the product(s) only, excluding shipping costs.
  2. Offer a replacement of the product(s), subject to availability.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, even in cases of lost or undelivered packages.

Pinpinpin.it will assist customers in opening investigations with the courier where possible, but we cannot guarantee outcomes or timelines of courier investigations.

Delivery Issues & Delays

Pinpinpin.it is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or local delivery issues once the order has been shipped.

Orders marked as delivered by the courier service but reported as missing by the customer cannot be refunded.

Returns & Refunds policy

Returns

All products purchased on the Website may be returned within the following time frame at your own risk. You need to inform us of your intention to return the product(s) within 14 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you). You then need to physically return such product(s) to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after the day you informed us about your intention to return the product(s).

Please make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible.

Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery and eventual administration fees, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return products.

We may, however, withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.

Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund e-mail notification. Your refund will be paid back to the bank account you have provided.

Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.

In order to get a full refund it’s important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them (the returned product has to be complete, unworn, unwashed, and with all the product labels intact).
